Brand new & wet behind the ears. We cleaned windows & gutters, and scraped roofs as a perimitive MitieClean. Finding our feet - yet to discover our place in the cleaning world.
2020
Investing in a ThermaTech broadened up our horizons as we set our mission to become number 1 building cleaners in Cumbria. Learning more about substrates, coatings, chemicals and developing an understanding & methodology.
2022
Reinvested heavily into design and fabrication of our equipment, on multiple vans each purpose built for their intended tasks. Removing setup time for improved efficiency.
2023
Developing in mind & mentality, we have personally developed a unique online system with booking and property management software, with a full service range bookable to any remote area of Cumbria & beyond.
At MitieClean, we take immense pride in providing a combination of cleaning, creativity, and ADHD. We have built our entire business from scratch, paying attention to every detail and aspect that will make it unique, efficient, and professional. Our journey has not been easy as we had to find our way without proper guidance during our formative years. However, this has made us even more determined to do things in our own unique way and stand out from the rest of the crowd.

Wilsons Monument erected by daughter Anne c1900 has been restored to its maximum for free by MitieClean in approx 40 hours. This marble monument looks sort out of out place now it stands clean and bright to be enjoyed by all young and old.
Marsh House, Ulverston
We done a Top Notch job transforming over 1500m2 of moss laden roof in a week, along with the grounds power washing and biocide treatments to keep clean for years. 2 simultaneous hot systems turned this round with minimal disruption
Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness
As part of Historic England’s High Street Heritage Action Zone, conservation required all existing paint to be removed. We persisted through sub zero temperatures to delicately and swiftly in just 2 weeks to the surprise and delight of those concerned.
M Sport, Cockermouth
We cleaned deep into the substrate to strip back the dacades of biofilms growing beneath the surface, coaxing it out application after application to restore this K Rend building to its best possible condition.

A gigantic and superficial clean at WLA, removing organic matter with super boom cherry pickers, operating in tight spaces to deliver on promises. A variation in methodology due to extreme August heatwave still getting it done.
